Q. What is the delivery time of the product(s)?

A. You can choose normal delivery and receive the product(s) within 5 days or express delivery and receive the product(s) within 1 or 2 days, depending on where you are.

Q. Does TruckParts1919 also deliver to my country of residence?

A.Yes, we have a worldwide delivery policy. When you order from TruckParts1919, the shipping costs are calculated before you place your order.

Q. What are the payment options you offer?

A. On our website we offer the following payment options: PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit. If you want to use another payment method, please contact us.

Q. How do I know if the selected product(s) will fit my truck?

A.We have matched all the products we offer with the correct truck models. As a second guarantee: If you have a chassis number, we can do a final check for you.

Q. How do I know that the selected product(s) are not manufactured in China?

A. We do not use Chinese products ourselves and have therefore not included any Chinese products in our range.

Q. How does a bank transfer work?

A. When you select the Bank transfer option in the checkout screen, you will receive an email after placing the order.
